Terms Of Service

1. Parties

Fletch Copywriting Lda., NIF 517234567, R. da Madeira 8, 2610-241 Amadora, Portugal.

2. Services

Copywriting and content strategy services. All deliverables are digital. Delivered via Google Docs, PDF, or spreadsheet.

3. Payment

EUR. IVA (23%) added as required by Portuguese tax law. Payment: 50% upfront, 50% on delivery. Late: 1.5% monthly after 15 days.

4. Intellectual Property

All copy becomes Client property upon full payment. Agency retains right to anonymized portfolio samples.

5. Confidentiality

NDA with all team members. Client data never shared with third parties.

6. Revisions

Per package. Additional at 57,40 EUR/hour. Requests within 14 days of delivery.

7. Liability

Limited to total project fees. Not liable for business outcomes or third-party implementation.

8. Governing Law

Portuguese law. Courts of Lisbon. EU ODR: ec.europa.eu/odr.
