1. Before Work

Full refund if writing has not started. Deposit returned within 5-10 business days.

2. After First Draft

Deposit (50%) non-refundable. Remaining 50% not charged.

3. Quality

Free revision if copy does not match brief. Partial refund if unresolvable after two rounds.

4. Retainers

Cancel with 7 days notice. Current month non-refundable.

5. Process

Email work@fletchcopywriting.com. 5-10 business days. Via Stripe.
